As a mad scientist trying to take over the world, Industrial Era London has become your playground.  Build your notoriety and take down superheroes of the day (prominent members of parliament in costume).  With a unique dynamic musical system, NPC’s break out in song as you walk down the street, and sing the chorus as you perform common actions.  The soundtrack is alive around you!  Find the ringleader of these crime fighting heroes and prepare for the next major city to fall under the wrath of Maligno!
